NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC
Public notice is hereby given that the Rural Municipality of Baildon No. 131 intends to propose a bylaw for the purpose of levying a special tax, to lands described in the bylaw, for fire and emergency services of the Briercrest and District Fire Department to the 2026 tax roll. The 2026 bylaw proposes a levy of $25.00 per parcel.
Any persons who wish to object to the proposed bylaw may file a written objection, stating clearly their reason for their opposition, with the administrator of the Rural Municipality of Baildon No. 131 at the address below:

A written objection must be received by the Administrator by May 4, 2026 at 4:00 p.m
